This program is for girls 6 to 11 years old. It consists of a series of 6 week sessions, each focusing on a traditional handicraft such as weaving, knitting or sewing. In addition to the obvious benefit of imparting practical creative skills, traditional handicrafts improve eye-hand coordination and fine motor skills, and they foster confidence. With the regular practice of handicrafts, young minds and hearts learn to focus and persevere in all areas of life, Inshaa Allah.
